Did you make a resolution
to improve your health in 2010? Participate in these upcoming fitness events.
Step 1. Participate in our Delta 5K. The Delta 5K is a plan designed to allow you to track your fitness activity. We ask that you at least perform one 5K (3.2 miles) a week, but do more if you can. You can choose your form of exercise as long as the mileage completed equals 5K (3.2 miles) for the week. So dance, walk, jog and swim your way to fitness by charting your activities throughout the week. Download the Delta 5K Fitness chart here.
Step 2. Come to our Alzheimer's workshop entitled, "Know the 10 signs of Alzheimer's" presented by the Alzheimer's Association on November 20, 2010 11:00 AM at One Delta Plaza.
Step 3. Walk in the Sister's Network Stop the Silence Breast
Cancer Walk/Run, April 9, 2011, 7:30 AM at Discovery Green. Registration is $25 per participant and applications are available online.
